Customer accidentally placed his iPhone 13 Pro Max 1TB into the washing machine — only realizing it after 30 minutes of active washing. 😱😱

He rushed to a nearby repair shop, where they diagnosed a logic board failure and quoted 2–3 weeks for repair. But his important repair records and data were all inside — and he needed them urgently.

Through a friend’s recommendation, he contacted us and asked:
“How long do you need to fix a badly water-damaged iPhone logic board?”
We answered confidently:
“We’ll repair it in front of you — same day, unless the logic board was previously tampered with.”

He quickly collected the device from the first shop and brought it to us. Thankfully, they had only cleaned the board — no actual repairs were done.

Upon disassembly, we discovered the main issue:
A non-original battery was previously installed, and the sealing was completely removed — causing the device to lose all water resistance. That’s why water easily seeped in and flooded the board.
